Currently the Doddridge County Offices of Emergency Services is CLOSED.
The WV OES Office to open @ noon today

Over the weekend up to this morning @ 5 am the area has received around ¾ inches total rainfall from a passing cold front.
The report from the State OES Office is calling for the FRANKENSTORM to begin @ this afternoon and to include:
Heavy Rains, 1 to 6 inches of snow below 2000 ft of elevation much greater in the mountains.
Concerns include power outages, tree limbs down and roof of structural damage from snow from heavy, wet snow.
Later this evening the DC OES will decide when to open at the West Union VFD and will be able to be reached for assistance that is considered non medical or fire emergencies @ 304-873-1391.
