Evidentiary Hearing Postponed for EQT Lawsuit Until December 14th

An evidentiary hearing has been postponed for a lawsuit involving the Doddridge County Commission, Equitable Gas, and Landowner Joye Huff.

All three parties appeared in Doddridge County Circuit Court Tuesday morning for an evidentiary hearing.

They then agreed to reschedule the hearing for December 14 with Judge Tim Sweeney presiding.
